Warranty Policy

Every product we sell carries the manufacturer warranty, honoured locally through our Nairobi workshop. Typical cover:

• Enterprise networking & storage — 1 to 5 years depending on the vendor.
• Servers — 3 years on-site where available.
• Components — lifetime limited on memory, 5 years on SSDs.
• Accessories — 6 to 12 months.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase. Diagnostics are completed within 72 hours of drop-off.
